We want you to be completely satisfied with your Malika Favre home collection; if your order isn't perfect, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure the artistic integrity of the pieces is maintained.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original protective tubes or boxes, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
